I'm Not A Farmer...
... but I can drive short distances using my leg to hold the steering wheel! I make a mean chili without a recipe. And I can type 70 words a minute ( if I look just at the keyboard). I'm pretty good with accents - well, decent enough to entertain. My friends and I have, at times, gotten a little too competitive playing Settlers of Catan and I'll admit it here, I have asked to trade wool for ore just to find out who I can steal it from! I like to consider myself a multi-tasker but I think, what I really am is somebody who likes to start projects, especially if you can eat them when you're done.Maybe it's just that I have a tendency to get bored or like having lots to do. Maybe I like the challenge of a grand idea. Or maybe its just the challenge of (read: self-torture/frustration) of building things with about 30 square feet worth of balcony space and a toolbox full of IKEA parts, some picture wire and a hammer. (Enter daydream: One day, when I grow up I'll have a real workshop...)
I think, for me, it's about creativity and sharing what I learn even if just for kicks. You don't have to read it but I'm gonna write it anyway! So feel free to join me as I try my hand at building a bucket farm garden, making cheese, brewing wine and if I screw that up, making vinegar! (No, really! I've even got the oak barrels picked out!) That any another cockamamie idea I can imagine (spending money on). And I'll try all this in our little apartment here in Austin, Texas.
Welcome to - The Second Floor!
Nice Job Josh!
